01 Definitions & Scope of Agreement

In this terms and conditions document, certain terms are used with specific meanings to ensure clarity and consistency. "surewin", "we", "our platform" and "our website" refer to the company and platform operating under the domain surewin.ceo. "You", "member" and "user" refer to any individual who accesses, registers for or uses surewin's services in any capacity.

This agreement covers all aspects of surewin platform usage including but not limited to account registration, deposits and withdrawals, participation in games and wagering activities, use of bonuses and promotions, and interactions with our customer support team. The scope of this agreement applies to all current and future services offered by surewin.

These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and surewin as the platform operator. By using this platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all provisions contained herein.

02 Member Eligibility

To register and use the surewin platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria without exception:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration
• Not listed on any self-exclusion list under any responsible gambling program
• Have not previously had an account closed by surewin due to a terms violation
• Registering under your own name and not on behalf of another person
• Not using this platform for fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

03 Registration & Account Management

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. False or misleading information provided during registration constitutes a serious breach of these terms and may result in immediate account termination without a refund of the account balance.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account at surewin. If we find that an individual holds multiple accounts, we reserve the right to:

• Suspending or closing all relevant accounts without prior notice
• Forfeiting all bonuses and wins obtained through the account in question
• Refunding the original deposit only at our sole discretion
• Reporting the matter to the relevant authorities where necessary

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. surewin recommends using a strong password and changing it regularly. Never share your login details with anyone, including family members.

04 Deposits & Payment Methods

Surewin accepts deposits via a variety of approved payment methods including FPX bank transfer, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and other digital wallets listed on the platform. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and credited to your account upon confirmation from the payment provider.

• The minimum deposit is as stated on the platform's Deposit page
• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the account holder's name
• Surewin is not liable for any delays caused by third-party payment providers
• Any deposit suspected of originating from illegal activity will be blocked and reported
• Surewin does not charge processing fees on deposits, although your payment provider may impose their own charges

05 Withdrawal

Surewin is committed to processing all valid withdrawal requests as quickly as possible. Withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes, subject to standard security checks carried out to protect the interests of all parties.

• Withdrawals must be made to the same bank account or digital wallet used for the deposit
• Identity verification (KYC) may be required before the first withdrawal or if the account shows unusual activity
• Surewin reserves the right to temporarily hold withdrawals during an investigation if there are security or fraud concerns
• Approved withdrawal requests cannot be cancelled
• The minimum withdrawal amount is as stated in the Deposit section of our platform

06 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

Surewin offers a range of bonuses and promotions to reward member loyalty. Each bonus is subject to specific terms stated on our Promotions page. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per member unless stated otherwise
• Wagering requirements (rollover) must be met before any withdrawal from the bonus balance is permitted
• Bonuses cannot be transferred to another member or redeemed directly for cash
• Games eligible to meet wagering requirements are as specified in each bonus offer
• Surewin reserves the right to cancel bonuses if there is evidence of system abuse or manipulation
• Unused bonuses will expire automatically once the validity period ends

07 Game Rules

All games offered on the surewin platform use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently audited by an accredited third party to ensure full fairness. The outcome of each game is final and cannot be disputed unless there is verifiable evidence of a technical failure.

In the event of a technical failure such as server disruption, erroneous payment or incorrect balance display, surewin reserves the right to:

• Voiding the affected game rounds and refunding the original bets
• Correcting any payment errors regardless of whether the excess has been used
• Temporarily suspending related games until the issue is resolved
• Making a final decision based on verified server records

08 Prohibited Conduct

To protect the integrity of the platform and ensure fairness for all members, surewin strictly prohibits the following actions. Any violation may result in immediate account termination and freezing of the account balance:

• Using automated software, bots, or any tool designed to gain an unfair advantage
• Collusion between players to manipulate game outcomes
• Using information not publicly available to gain an advantage in wagering
• Any form of money laundering or use of illegally obtained funds
• Registering an account using another person's identity or false information
• Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt platform functionality
• Threats, harassment, or abusive language directed at support staff or other members
• Selling, transferring, or renting accounts to third parties

09 Account Termination & Suspension

Surewin reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account at any time if there is reasonable cause to do so. This includes but is not limited to breaches of terms and conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, or requests from relevant authorities.

You may also close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, all outstanding wagering requirements will be voided and only the net cash balance (excluding active bonuses) will be returned to you.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

Surewin takes every member's privacy seriously. All personal data collected during registration and platform use is processed in accordance with our detailed Privacy Policy. In summary, your data is used to:

• Verifying your identity and eligibility as a member
• Processing financial transactions securely
• Complying with applicable legal and regulatory requirements

To the extent permitted by applicable law, surewin's total liability to any member in connection with any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you deposited in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to that claim.
